Steps


  • Dice the tuna, avocado, mango, and red bell pepper into small cubes.

  • Chop the cilantro and set aside.

  • In a bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and salt.

  • Add the diced tuna, avocado, mango, red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently toss to combine.

  • Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

  • Serve the Dreamland Extravaganza on a platter, garnished with black sesame seeds.

  • Accompany the dish with tortilla chips for a delightful crunch.
