Ingredients


  • ground beef

  • coconut milk

  • red curry paste

  • tortilla wraps

  • mozzarella cheese

Steps


  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.

  • In a separate pan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat and stir in the red curry paste until well combined.

  • Add the cooked ground beef to the curry mixture and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Prepare the toppings by slicing the cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion. Chop the coriander and set aside.

  • Warm the tortilla wraps on a dry skillet or in the microwave.

  • Spread a layer of the beef curry mixture onto each tortilla wrap.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, and a squeeze of lime juice on top of the curry mixture.

  • Add the sliced cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion as desired.

  • Garnish with chopped coriander and drizzle with olive oil.

  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Roll up the tortilla wraps tightly and serve immediately.
