Spiralized Zucchini Noodle Pad Thai

Steps
Make the sauce by whisking together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic.
Spiralize the zucchini into noodle-like strands.
Chop the carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and tofu into small pieces.
In a large pan, heat some oil and sauté the vegetables and tofu until slightly tender.
Add the zucchini noodles and bean sprouts to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables, tossing to coat everything evenly.
Garnish with chopped peanuts, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
