Scandinavian Salmon Tacos

Steps
Grill or pan-sear the salmon fillets until cooked through.
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and chop the dill sprigs.
Warm the taco shells in the oven or on a skillet.
Assemble the tacos by layering the grilled salmon, pickled red onions, cucumber slices, dill sprigs, and a drizzle of lingonberry sauce.
Finish with a dollop of sour cream on top.
