Summer Sunset Pasta
Ingredients
spaghetti

cherry tomatoes

yellow bell pepper

fresh basil leaves

lemon zest

crumbled feta cheese

to taste
Steps
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add halved cherry tomatoes, sliced yellow bell pepper, and lemon zest to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well to coat with the vegetables and olive oil.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves and crumbled feta cheese.
Serve the Summer Sunset Pasta warm and enjoy!
